Corrections policy
Exam information affects real decisions. When a material statement is wrong or becomes outdated, we correct the page and explain the change.
How to report an error
Use the publisher contact details on the About page. Please include the exact page URL, the disputed sentence, the reason it may be wrong and a link or copy of the relevant official document.
How we review a report
- Check the cited page and its publication context.
- Compare the claim with the latest official notice and supporting source.
- Determine whether the issue is factual, interpretive, outdated or only typographical.
- Update the page, add a correction note when meaning changed, and revise the modified date.
What receives a visible correction note
Incorrect dates, fees, eligibility rules, selection details, source attributions or statements that could change a candidate’s decision receive a visible note. Notes describe what changed and when, without deleting the original history from public accountability.
What may be fixed silently
Spelling, punctuation, broken formatting and link repairs may be corrected without a note when they do not alter the article’s meaning.
No artificial freshening
We do not change timestamps merely to make old coverage look new. A modified time is used only when the article receives a meaningful update.
How this newsroom works.
Every factual update names its sources, publication time and responsible editorial desk. Promotions are kept separate from reported facts.
