How many questions are in the NSEJS 2025 paper?
Paper Code 51 contains 60 questions: 48 single-correct questions in Section A-1 and 12 multiple-correct questions in Section A-2.
What are the marks and duration?
The paper lists 216 maximum marks and a duration of 120 minutes.
Are detailed solutions included?
Yes. The solution booklet contains the final answer key and worked reasoning for Questions 1-60.
Is a chapter-wise analysis available?

How are Biology, Chemistry and Physics distributed in the NSEJS 2025 paper?
Paper Code 51 has 20 Biology, 20 Chemistry and 20 Physics questions, so all three subjects carry equal question weight.
What is the difference between Section A-1 and Section A-2?
Section A-1 contains Questions 1-48 with one correct option. Section A-2 contains Questions 49-60 with one or more correct options; every option should be checked independently.
Is there negative marking in the NSEJS 2025 paper?
Yes. Section A-1 awards +3 for a correct choice and applies a -1 penalty for an incorrect choice. Section A-2 gives credit only when all correct options and no incorrect option are marked.
Were any questions dropped from the NSEJS 2025 final key?
No. The supplied final key and solution set treat Questions 1-60 as scored.
How should I use the NSEJS 2025 paper as a timed mock?
Attempt all 60 questions in one 120-minute sitting without notes. Then check the answer key, read the solutions, classify each mistake and revise the weakest chapters before reattempting.
Can Class 7, 8 and 9 students use this paper analysis?
