Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Mathiit Learning Private Limited handles personal data on NSEJS.com for students, parents and guardians in India.

Last updated: 3 August 2026
Website: https://www.nsejs.com/

1. Who is responsible for your data?

NSEJS.com is operated by Mathiit Learning Private Limited, TC 4/986, Devichaithannyam, Main Road, Kowdiar, Trivandrum 695003, Kerala, India.

Privacy and grievance contact: info@mathiit.co.in · +91 8086008555.

2. Scope and audience

This notice applies to NSEJS.com and its India-focused information, question-paper, eligibility and course-interest journeys. NSEJS.com is an independent information and preparation portal and is not the examination authority.

3. Personal data we may handle

Information a parent or guardian provides

  • Parent or guardian name and contact details.
  • Course interest, student class or age band, preferred language and enquiry details.
  • Consent, verification and communication records.
  • Payment or enrolment references when a course is purchased; complete card or UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider, not stored by NSEJS.com.

Technical and usage information

  • IP address, browser, device type, approximate location, referring page and security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
  • Pages viewed, downloads and non-identifying funnel events only when optional analytics is allowed.
  • Campaign parameters used to understand how families reached NSEJS.com and Mathiit.live.
The eligibility checker is private by design.

It runs in the visitor’s browser and does not ask for or transmit the student’s name, phone number, email address or school. Date-of-birth and rule answers are not sent to WordPress, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

4. Why we use personal data

  • To provide requested information, counselling, enrolment and support.
  • To operate, secure, diagnose and improve the website.
  • To measure optional, aggregated website use after the applicable consent choice.
  • To preserve campaign attribution between NSEJS.com and Mathiit.live without sending names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth or raw eligibility answers to analytics.
  • To prevent misuse, keep necessary records and comply with applicable Indian law.

When processing is based on consent, the request will identify the data and purpose and consent may be withdrawn. Necessary processing may continue where required to provide a requested service, protect the site or comply with law.

5. Children and parent or guardian control

The site is relevant to school students, many of whom are under 18. The eligibility checker does not collect child personal data. A future enquiry that includes child personal data must be submitted or approved by a parent or lawful guardian.

  • A production flow that collects child personal data will require parent or guardian verification, including control of the submitted contact channel and a reliable method of confirming adulthood, before processing.
  • We do not undertake behavioural monitoring, remarketing or targeted advertising directed at children.
  • We collect only the child information necessary for the parent-requested academic service.

6. Cookies and analytics

Necessary technologies may be used for security, administration and remembering privacy choices. Optional Google Analytics storage is controlled by the consent choice. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent access to papers, information or the eligibility checker.

See the Cookie Policy for categories, purposes and controls.

7. Who may receive data?

We may use contracted service providers for website hosting, security, email or messaging, analytics after consent, admissions, learning delivery and payment processing. They may process only the information needed for their contracted purpose. Attribution may pass to Mathiit.live when a family chooses to continue to a Mathiit enquiry or course page.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a lawful corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Processing outside India

Some technology providers may process data in other countries. We use reasonable contractual, organisational and security measures and follow applicable Government restrictions on transfers of personal data.

9. Retention

  • Non-admitted enquiry data: up to 12 months from the last meaningful interaction, unless consent is withdrawn earlier or law requires another period.
  • Consent, security and processing logs: at least the applicable statutory minimum, normally one year, and longer only where another law or an active dispute requires it.
  • Enrolment, payment and accounting records: for the period required by applicable education, tax, accounting or consumer law.
  • Personal data is erased or anonymised when the purpose is complete and no lawful retention need remains.

10. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, a parent, guardian or other Data Principal may ask for a summary of personal data and processing, correction or updating, erasure, withdrawal of consent, grievance redressal, or nomination of another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity.

Email info@mathiit.co.in from the relevant contact address and describe the request. We may verify identity before acting. Consent withdrawal will be as easy as the method used to give consent, but it does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

11. Security and breaches

We use proportionate access controls, encryption in transit, backups, logging, processor agreements and review procedures. No system is completely risk-free. If a personal-data breach requires notification, affected people and the appropriate authority will be informed as required.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when services, processors or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown above, and material changes will be communicated where required.
